We are now looking for a qualified technician to join our growing team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and Triage inventory
- Participate in onsite or offsite pick-ups, deliveries and repair
- Prepare equipment for shipping
- Inspect computers, Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware related problems
- Upgrade software and hardware requirements
- Complete hard drive wiping, secure data destruction as required
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to provide excellent service to our customers
- Background in computer hardware is required, software is an asset
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proven sense of urgency to complete tasks and assignments with high degree of adaptability
- A valid G drivers license is required
- Must pass Security Clearance check
- Must be able to lift a min 40 lbs
