Our return policy varies for different product and services.
-New Hardware (Computer Equipment) purchased directly through Abtron: 90 days or the manufacturer’s warranty (Whichever longer). If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange, however the manufacture’s warranty may cover any necessary repairs. Product must be in the original package and all attachments and packaging material be present with no evidence of physical damage done by the consumer.
-Used & Refurbished Hardware including Printers & copiers: 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. Product must be in the original package, not tampered with in anyway and no parts removed or exchanged. All original attachments and packaging material must be present with no evidence of physical damage or tampering.
-For Servers & Components (including Memory and Storage Devices: No Warranty applies
-For Toners and accessories: No Warranty applies
For retail orders, you can cancel your order up to 24 hours from the time of purchase
without any cancellation fee. Any cancellation after this time will not be acceptable as
orders have entered processing stage. Returns may be acceptable based on terms.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you
received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

· When returning products which may contain stored or recorded personal/business information, like computers, tablets, mobile devices, smart devices, digital cameras, etc., you are responsible for deleting or removing all personal information and media from your product before you return it. Abtron is not responsible for any use by a third party of personal / business data or media left behind on a returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that
we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection
of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically
be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of
days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is
officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be
refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for
the same item, send us an email at : support@abtron.com and we will give you further instructions.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll
receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift
certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order
shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he
will find out about your return.
Please note that for some packages shipping can take up to two to three weeks for United States and Canada.
Please ensure that you have entered your full and correct address including city and province
for your orders. We cannot guarantee timely shipment if there is an error or missing information
on your shipping address. In case of an error email support@abtron.com for correct address
within 24 hours of order complete.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping
will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach
you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping
service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your
returned item.
